What events do we need to be at?

  • Ceremony Rehearsal

    Lost Moon Ranch

    2pm

    Come ready and dressed for Rehearsal Dinner or come early and get ready at house if you want to explore! It’s a beautiful home on 40 acres and some fun hiking if you want to come play that morning.

    Rehearsal will start promptly at 2pm and most likely run 1.5 hours. This will give enough time to freshen up at the venue before all heading down together to the Rehearsal dinner.

    Pioneertown Motel Speakeasy

    Carpool from the venue down to the Pioneertown Motel (8 min drive) for sit down dinner!

    If you would like to do a speech, this is your time. Please let Cassie know by Wednesday 4/23 if you will be wanting to speak so we can get you on the schedule <3

    Welcome Party

    7pm

    Pioneertown Motel Speakeasy

    The Welcome Party will immediately follow the Rehearsal Dinner at the same venue. All other guests are invited to stop by for a drink and snacks from 7-10pm. For those interested in carrying on the night - just walk down Mane Street to grab a drink at Pappy and Harriet’s or Red Dog Saloon!

    Bridal party is invited to stay at Lost Moon Ranch that night, Cassie will be leaving to get rest around 9pm and we can carpool.

    Getting Ready

    BRIDESMAIDS: Please check out this schedule sent to you by Cassie for your hair and makeup time.

    *All women in wedding party are invited to stay the night the night before at the property with Cassie. Will make it easier to wake up and roll out of bed to get ready. There will be mimosas and breakfast/snacks provided. Please let me know if you’ll be staying the night!

    GROOMSMEN: This is still TBD on getting ready space, but will be around noon at the latest. There will also be light breakfast provided. We will send out updated time and place once finalized and then you will all carpool to the venue.

    Wedding Ceremony

    4pm

    Our ceremony will start at 4pm sharp, with guests arriving starting at 3pm in waves of shuttles. The girls will be inside the venue getting ready and the guys will be down below at the Barn greeting guests and hanging out.

    We will be taking photos with each of our wedding parties between 1-3pm so make sure to be ready and on the property with the group waiting for direction!

    Coktail Hour/Reception

    Immediately following ceremony

    Once the ceremony is over, we will walk up the hill to Cocktail Hour and Reception.

    After Party

    10pm onwards

    This is an exclusive invite as not everybody can fit in this space!

    Once the reception ends a core group will be invited to stay for the after party in the Disco Barn. We will have drinks, dancing, and late night snacks! Obvi, you all are our top priority here <3

    Busses will start to take guests back down at 9pm, with last shuttle going down at 10:45pm. If you plan on staying for the After Party and past this time, please be advised that you’ll either need to carpool, get somebody to drive you down to the Post Office in the Sprinter we will be renting, or stay on the property. The property is large with plenty of space - however we cannot guarantee an actual bed unless you have been specifically assigned.

    Please check out of your Airbnb just a lil’ early and come to this! It’ll be great. Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosa Bar, pop up breakfast sandwich stand, and our favorite mini donkeys to hang with!

    • Pick up the Sprinter in Palm Springs on Friday (Turo)

    • Shuttle elderly with Sprinter to and from the ceremony site during the wedding

    • Help with photography shot list (helping photographer gather people needed to make it move faster - ain’t nobody got time for hours of photos)

    • Decorating After Party / Putting out drinks and snacks (will be set up and ready to put out)

    • Putting breakfast out at Airbnb in Girls Suite (will be prepped and ready to go)

    • Putting breakfast out at Airbnb in Guys Suite (will be prepped and ready to go)

    • If anybody is going to be in town early, we will be shuttling and dropping off a lot of items at the venue Thursday evening or Friday AM if any men want to help load and unload

    • String up lights (under Nick’s direction) at the venue Friday AM
